DBP MAGAZINE is all ONLINE, which let's us feature tons more photos per article than a standard print mag, let's us run as long as we like instead of shortening a story to fit, let's us link cool video and other informative links, let's YOU comment and be a part of the story, AND MOST IMPORTANTLY let's you read our reporting on boating FOR FREE. We've thought long and hard, and we love this part most of all!! 

We work on our Magazine as if it was a real job, even though none of the contributors have ever made a penny off of our stories. We are proud to have had so many cool people around The WORLD contribute and we plan on keeping it that way! Cheers!! Please keep reading!!

DBP MAGAZINE ONLINE's VISION: 

"We exist to share stories of paddlers of all disciplines from all over the world; to interview icons and play makers in the paddling community and whitewater industry; to preserve the stories of our collective history; to raise awareness of and to protect our rivers and resources; to promote whitewater festivals and events; to report on competitions and competitors in the race community; to give a home to the artistic side of paddling in poetry, artwork, music, comics, and humor; to be inclusive not exclusive, to preach unity and support, safety and camaraderie; to break down the barriers that separate society; to have a global outlook with a local feel; and to celebrate the Dirtbag Lifestyle!"

OUR MISSION STATEMENT: 

All Forward Thinking. 

That's what it's all about! Expanding our sport's horizons is something we are actively doing... Reminding each other that our community is the same no matter where the River is, the color of skin or language spoken. On The River it's all one language, the language of Flow. 

Moving forward, we are going to be serving up 3 to 4 posts a week. We're getting back on The River. Dirtbags gotta paddle!! You can expect the same great mix of features, the same dedication, the same passion. One Love, One River! See ya at the put-in, we'll be sporting DBP decals. Cheers!!
